KINGS PARK DRIVE - HIGHWAY DEVELOPMENT WORKS
TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2022
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended and the Traffic Management Act 2004, has made temporary traffic regulations, with the effects detailed below, to control traffic.
WHAT AND WHERE:
- Kings Park Drive, closed to all vehicles and no parking - no waiting at any time and no loading/ unloading at any time, from its junction with Ashley Road, for a distance of approximately 120 metres in an easterly direction, to the western property boundary of the Pavillion
- Suspension of the one-way traffic order, to allow for access, on Kings Park Drive, from the road closure point opposite the Pavillion for a distance of approximately 210 metres in an easterly direction
WHY: Highway Development Works to be carried out by Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council
WHEN: Anticipated dates: 9th March 2022 until 27th May 2022
ACCESS: Full emergency services access will be maintained, access to properties will remain depending on site safety.
DIVERSION: Via Ashley Road, Holdenhurst Road and Kings Park Drive

These arrangements may be amended/extended should works overrun or weather conditions delay operations. Restrictions may be in effect under this Order for up to 18 months, and could be further extended with the approval of the Secretary of State.
The Council regrets any inconvenience to the public caused by this traffic order
