(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF HORSESHOE LANE, WATFORD) ORDER 2022
NOTICE Is given that the Hertfordshire County Council Intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Horseshoe Lane, Watford from a point in line with the eastern boundary of No.17 Horseshoe Lane north westwards for a distance of approximately 12m ("the Road"), except for access. An alternative route will be via Horseshoe Lane, A405 North Orbital Road, High Road and Horseshoe Lane.
The Order is needed because the replacement of an existing utility pole is proposed to be executed near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 22 March 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF POTTERS LANE, BOREHAMWOOD) ORDER 2022
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Potters Lane, Borehamwood from its junction with Alexandra Road south westwards for a distance of approximately 50m ("the Road"), except for access.
An alternative route will be via Potters Lane, Well End Road, Rowley Lane, Studio Way, Denham Way and Potters Lane
The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road. If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 21 March 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING AND TEMPORARY WAITING RESTRICTIONS IN DERBY ROAD AND GROSVENOR ROAD, WATFORD) ORDER 2022
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads"), except for access and to prohibit all vehicles from waiting at any time on both sides of these lengths of Roads whilst works are in progress:-
1. that length of Derby Road, Watford from its junction with A411 Beechen Grove south eastwards and north eastwards to its junction with Grosvenor Road, a distance of approximately 131 m.
An alternative route will be via A411 (Beechen Grove/Exchange Road/Beechen Grove), Loates Lane, Lord Street, Queens Road The Broadway, Queens Road, Queens Place, Gladstone Road and Grosvenor Road.
2. that length of Grosvenor Road, Watford from its junction with Derby Road south westwards and south eastwards to its junction with A411 Beechen Grove, a distance of approximately 31 m.
An alternative route will be via Grosvenor Road, Gladstone Road, Queens Place, Queens Road, St Johns Road, Woodford Road, Station Road, A412 St Albans Road and A411 Beechen Grove. The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads. If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 21 March 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Roads.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING AND TEMPORARY WATTING RESTRICTIONS IN THOMAS SAWYER WAY, WATFORD) ORDER 2022
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Thomas Sawyer Way, Watford from its junction with A411 Dalton Way westwards for a distance of approximately 100m ("the Road"), except for access.
An alternative route will be via A411 (Dalton Way/Waterfields Way), the Colne Valley Retail Park access road roundabout, A411 (Waterfields Way/Lower High Street), A4125 Eastbury Road, A4178 (Deacons HillAViggenhall Road) and Thomas Sawyer Way
or via Thomas Sawyer Way, A4178 (Wiggenhall Road/Deacons Hill), A4125 Eastbury Road and A411 (Lower High Street/Dalton Way).
ADDITIONALLY all vehicles are prohibited from waiting at any time on both sides of this length of the Road whilst works are in progress.
The Order is needed because highway drainage works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 21 March 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING AND TEMPORARY WAITING RESTRICTIONS IN VARIOUS ROADS IN WATFORD) ORDER N0.6 2022
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads") and to prohibit all vehicles from waiting at any time on both sides of these lengths of Roads whilst works are in progress:-
1. that length of Canterbury Road, Watford from its junction with Westland Road north westwards for its entire length.
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
2. that length of Haydon Road, Watford from its junction with A411 Chalk Hill south eastwards to its junction with Cross Road, a distance of approximately 375m.
An alternative route will be via A411 Chalk Hill, King Edward Road and Cross Road.
3. that length of Wellington Drive, Watford from its junction with A412 St Albans Road south eastwards to its junction with Westland Road, a distance of approximately 129m.
An alternative route will be via A412 St Albans Road, Station Road and Westland Road.
4. that length of Neston Road, Watford from its junction with Parkgate Road north westwards and south westwards to its junction with Sandringham Road, a distance of approximately 200m. An alternative route will be via Parkgate Road, Bushey Mill Lane and Sandringham Road.
5. that length of Parkgate Road, Watford from its junction with Bushey Mill Lane south westwards toits junction with Sandringham Road, a distance of approximately 294m.
An alternative route will be via Bushey Mill Lane and Sandringham Road.
6. that length of Sandringham Road, Watford from its junction with Balmoral Road north eastwards, north westwards and north eastwards to its junction with Bushey Mill Lane, a distance of approximately 633m.
An alternative route will be via Balmoral Road, Sandown Road, Windsor Road, Southwold Road and Bushey Mill Lane.
7. that length of Westland Road, Watford from its junction with Station Road south westwards, south eastwards and south westwards to its junction with St Johns Road, a distance of approximately 277m.
An alternative route will be via Station Road, A412 St Albans Road and St Johns Road.
The Order is needed because highway drainage works are proposed to be executed on or near
the Roads.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 22 March 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Roads.

An alternative route will be via Bushey Hall Road, B642 Aldenham Road, A4008 (Pinner Road/ Aldenham Road), A4125 Eastbury Road, A4178 (Deacons HillAViggenhall Road/Farraline Road/ Feamley Road/The Homets/Merton Road/Cassio Road), A412 (Rickmansworth Road/St Albans Road), A411 Beechen Grove and Water Lane
or via Water Lane, A411 (Beechen Grove/Exchange Road/Beechen Grove), A412 (St Albans Road/ Rickmansworth Road), A4178 (Cassio Road/Merton Road/Wiggenhall Road/Deacons Hill), A4125 (Eastbury Road/Chalk Hill), B462 Aldenham Road and Bushey Hall Road. The Order is needed because street lighting works are proposed to be executed near the length of Roads.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 11 March 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the length of Roads.

NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the service road fronting Nos.2-116 Moor Lane, Moor Park from a point in line with the western boundary of No.70 Moor Lane south eastwards to a point in line with the eastern boundary of No.78 Moor Lane, a distance of approximately 82m ("the Road"), except for access. An alternative route will be via the service road fronting Nos.2-116 Moor Lane, A4145 Moor Lane and the service road fronting Nos.2-116 Moor Lane.
The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road. The Order has been made and shall come into force on 10 March 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. An alternative route will be via Shepherds Lane, Chiltern Drive, Berry Lane and Shepherds Lane. The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road. NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads") and to prohibit all vehicles from waiting at any time on both sides of these lengths of Roads whilst works are in progress: -
1. that length of Aynho Street, Watford from its junction with Souldem Street south eastwards to its junction with Oxford Street, a distance of approximately 51 m.
An alternative route will be via Souldem Street, Banbury Street, A4145 vicarage Road and Oxford Street.
2. that length of Banbury Street, Watford from its junction with A4145 Vicarage Road north westwards to its junction with Souldern Street, a distance of approximately 103m.
An alternative route will be via A4145 Vicarage Road, Oxford Street, Aynho Street and Souldem Street.
3. that length of Oxford Street, Watford from its junction with Banbury Street north eastwards and south eastwards to its junction with A4145 Vicarage Road, a distance of approximately 200m. An alternative route will be via Banbury Street and A4145 Vicarage Road.
4. that length of Souldem Street, Watford from its junction with Banbury Street north eastwards to its junction with Aynho Street, a distance of approximately 150m.
An alternative route will be via Banbury Street, A4145 Vicarage Road, Oxford Street and Aynho Street.
5. that length of Cherry Tree Road, Watford from its junction with Beechwood Rise north eastwards to its junction with Berry Avenue, a distance of approximately 255m.
An alternative route will be via Beechwood Rise, Hazel Tree Road, Leggatts Wood Avenue, Ash Tree Road and Berry Avenue.
6. that length of Fearnley Street, Watford from its junction with A4178 The Hornets north westwards to its junction with Addiscombe Road, a distance of approximately 182m.
An alternative route will be via A4178 (The Hornets/Merton Road/Cassio Road), Whippendell Road and Addiscombe Road.
The Order is needed because highway drainage works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 8 March 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Roads.
