Temporary Prohibition of Traffic, Agglethorpe Lane, Agglethorpe, Order 2022, No.43. We have made this Order to prohibit any vehicle from using Agglethorpe Lane, Agglethorpe due to works. It Is envisaged that the restriction will be in force from 07/03/22 until 18/03/22 inclusive, however the maximum duration of this Order will be from 07/03/22 until 30/06/22. The closure period will only apply as indicated by the placing of traffic signs and a local alternative route will also be signed on site where appropriate. Notice is hereby given that we propose to make an Order under Sections 84(1) and (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act, the effect of which will be to prohibit any motor vehicle from travelling at a speed in excess of 30 miles per hour on the length of road specified as Follows: U2220 - Swale Lane, Holme, from the village name plate of Holme for a distance of 385m in a North Eastern direction. A copy of the draft Order, together with a map showing the roads affected and a statement of the Council's reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at County Hall, Northallerton and at Thirsk Community Library, Meadowfields, Chapel Street, Thirsk Y07 1TH during normal office hours from 04/03/22 and also viewed online at
