ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL FOOTPATH NO. 170 (BRADFORD WEST), CLAYTON, BRADFORD TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council is satisfied pedestrians on or near Footpath No. 170 (Bradford West), Clayton, Bradford should be restricted or prohibited because of the likelihood of danger to the public has made the above-named Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed in the length of Footpath No. 170 (Bradford West) from its junction with Westminster Drive to its junction with Westminster Avenue.

PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on the said length of road.

Alternative routes for pedestrian traffic affected by the Order will be available via Westminster Avenue, The Avenue, Westminster Drive and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect at 08:00 hours on the 7th of March 2022 and will remain in force until 18:00 hours on the 7th of September 2022 (although the closure can remain in force for up to six months if necessary).
