LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE Take notice that we Brockenhurst Services Ltd have applied to Craven District Council under the Licensing Act 2003, for the grant of a premises licence in respect of premises known as Maypole Inn, Long Preston, BD23 4PH. For the retail sale of alcohol, the provision of regulated entertainment and dancing, and late-night refreshments, between the hours of 11.00 to 00.00 (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Sunday) and the hours of 11.00 to 01.00 (Thursday, Friday, and Saturday). The provision of non-standard times for private hire functions 11.00 to 01.00, Christmas Eve 11.00 to 02.00, Boxing Day 11.00 to 02.00, New Year's Eve 11.00 to 02.00, Bank Holidays 11.00 to 02.00, Easter Bank Holidays 11.00 to 02.00 on the premises. Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives. Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Licensing Manager, 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton BD23 1FJ. by 25 March 2022. Any person wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to an unlimited fine.
