Notice of Winding up Procedure G.B.E. Sports & Social Club
This notice is intended to give a formal advice of the Intent to Proceed with the closure of the bank account held in the above Organisations name.
At the extraordinary Meeting held on March 15th 1999 it was formally agreed by all That the monies held within the bank account on 12th February 1999 Should be withdrawn and donated to two local charities, namely Naomi House children's hospice and The Countess of Brecknock Hospice
This is to give a formal 30 days Notice from the fund signatories Of the intent to close the said account and the monies will Be donated to the above as from the 1st January 2014
