Licensing Act 2003 Notice of application for a 'Premises Licence (Section 17of the Act)/*Club Premises Certificate (Section 71 of the Act) Name of applicant: Chantal Chambers Name & Address of premises or club: SCRATCH, 114 Hagley Road, Stourbridge, West Midlands, DY8 1QU Statement of Relevant Licensable Activities or Relevant Qualifying Club Activities which it is proposed will be carried on or from the premises. Supply of alcohol on the premises, Monday to Saturday 12:00 to 19:00 The full application can be inspected by contacting the Licensing Section (see below) between the hours of 8.00am and 4.00pm (Monday to Friday except public holidays).
