(Chelmsford Road, Rawreth) (Temporary Introduction of No Right-Hand Turn & No Left-Hand Turn) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily ban the right hand turn onto Chelmsford Road, Rawreth (side Road), in the District of Rochford from a point approximately 230m southeast of its junction with Beeches Road.
2. To temporarily ban the left hand turn onto Chelmsford Road, Rawreth (side Road), in the District of Rochford from a point approximately 75m northwest of its other side road junction of Chelmsford Road.
The restrictions are scheduled to commence on 14th March 2022 for 40 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ5021001112561 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The restrictions are required for the safety of the public and workforce while gas main replacement works are undertaken by Cadent.
The Order will come into effect on 10th March 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Various Roads, Basildon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of 30mph Speed Limit) & (Temporary Introduction of Clearway) (Streetworks No.1) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of road in the Borough of Basildon, as detailed in the Schedule.
2. To temporarily introduce a 30mph speed limit in that length of road as detailed in the Schedule.
3. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on that length of road as specified in the schedule for the duration of the restrictions in order to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.
4. "The Essex County Council (Basildon Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above length of road only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The works are scheduled to commence after 10th March 2022, as stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road. The restrictions are required for the safety of the public and workforce while superfast broadband installation works are undertaken by County Broadband Ltd. The Order will come into effect on 10th March 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier Schedule

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Arcadia Road, Canvey Island in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with High Street to its junction with Beach Road a distance of approximately 110m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 10th March 2022 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2314542 - Essex County Council). (Barleylands Road, Great Burstead and South Green/Noak Bridge) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Barleylands Road, Great Burstead and South Green/Noak Bridge in the Borough of Basildon, from the junction with Southend Road to the junction with Wash Road a distance of approximately 1306m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 7th March 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2324301 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching and road gully replacement works are undertaken by Essex County Council. (Bull Lane, Rayleigh) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Bull Lane, Rayleigh in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Avondale Road to its junction with Princess Road for a distance of approximately 20m.
