NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Marugame Udon (Europe) Ltd has applied to London Borough of Barnet on 24 February 2022 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Marugame, Unit S2, Brent Cross Shopping Centre, London NW4 3FB for the sale by retail of alcohol Monday to Sunday 09:00-23:00; as more particularly set out in the application.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Barnet Council Licensing Team, 2 Bristol Avenue, Colindale, Barnet, NW9 4EW to be received by no later than 24 March 2022 stating the grounds for making said representation. The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council's website 

or by appointment at the Council's offices during office hours.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
