Notice of Making of An Order Highways Act 1980 Public Path Diversion Order 2021 Footpath 10 High Ongar
The above order, made on 23rd February 2022 under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, will divert a part length of Footpath 10 High Ongar of unknown width running from the edge of a field through the grounds of the property known as Fickle Field in a north easterly direction to Norton Lane to an alternative route 2metres in width commencing from the same starting point running in a north, north westerly, then north easterly and easterly directions around the northern edge of the property grounds to meet Norton Lane. Copies of the order and order map have also been sent to High Ongar Parish Council and Epping Forest District Council. Any representations about or objections to the order may be sent in writing to Roy Read, Definitive Map Service, Essex County Council, Seax House, 2nd Floor, Victoria Road South, Chelmsford CM1 1QH not later than 31st March 2022. Please state the grounds on which they are made.
If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Essex County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent together with the Order. Any such representation or objections will be taken into account by the Council with the result that they may be made available to the public under the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985.
(Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment No. 21) Order 202*
Notice is hereby given Colchester Borough Council acting on behalf of the North Essex Parking Partnership in exercise of the delegated powers of the traffic authority Essex County Council granted under an Agreement dated 31 March 2011 proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(1), 4(2), 32, 35, 45, 46, 49 and 53 and Parts III and IV of schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Order: To introduce 'No Stopping At Any Time' red route restrictions in Waltham Abbey in the District of Epping Forest on:
1. the junctions of: Honey Lane and Eastbrook Road; Honey Lane and Rounton Road; Rounton Road and Honey Brook, replacing current double yellow line restrictions; Honey Lane and Stoneshotts; Meadow Close and Stoneshotts; Honey Brook and Stoneshotts; Rosebank and Honey Brook; Honey Brook and Woodbrook Gardens;
2. the junction of Honey Lane and Rose Bank, as 10 metre junction protections, replacing current double yellow line restrictions, apart from the east side of Rose Bank where the red route restriction will extend from the junction with Honey Lane to the northern boundary of No. 34 Honey Lane;
3. the turning head of Woodbrook Gardens from outside No. 16 to outside No. 24.
This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by replacing the TL390 002 with revision 1 and TL390 005 with revision 2.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Sections 84(1) and (2) and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To introduce a 20 mph zone on the following lengths of roads:-
Road Description
Elstar Road, Ongar From a point approximately 75 metres south east from its junction with the B184 Ongar Road roundabout, southeast for its entire length including any turning heads.
Pippin Road, Ongar From its junction with Elstar Road for its entire length including any turning heads.
To extend the existing 50mph speed limit on B184 Ongar Road, Ongar
in a north easterly direction for approximately 82 metres, to a point approximately 35 metres north east from the roundabout at its junction with Elstar Road.
To introduce a 50mph speed limit on Elstar Road, Ongar from its junction with the B184 Ongar Road roundabout, in a south easterly direction for approximately 75 metres.
'The Essex County Council (B184 Fyfield Road/Ongar Road, Chipping Ongar and B184 Dunmow Road, Fyfield) (50mph Speed Limit) Order 2013' will be revoked, and extents reintroduced.
Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on 04 March 2022

(Berwick Lane, Stanford Rivers) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Berwick Lane, Stanford Rivers in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with London Road for a distance of approximately 240m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 28th March 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008WD2GLP4T -Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while underground ducting works are undertaken by Openreach. An alternative route is available via London Road, Church Road, School Road, Berwick Lane and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 10th March 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Debden Lane, Loughton) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Debden Lane, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 125m northeast of its junction with Englands Lane for a distance of approximately 160m in a northeasterly then southeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 28th March 2022 for 33 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ5021001115742 -Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while mains replacement works are undertaken by Cadent. An alternative route is available via Debden Lane, Loughton Lane, The Green, Coppice Row, Jacks Hill, Wake Arms Roundabout, Goldings Hill, Clays Lane, Lower Road, Rectory Lane, Hillyfields, Pyrles Lane, Englands Lane and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 10th March 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Back Lane, Sheering) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Back Lane, Sheering in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 245m southeast of its junction with Sheering Lower Road for a distance of approximately 200m in a southeasterly then northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 14th March 2022 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30068065928 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by UK Power Networks. An alternative route is available via The Street, Harlow Road, Sheering Road, Sheering Lower Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 24th February 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Fyfield Road, Ongar/Ongar Road, Fyfield) (Temporary Introduction of a 30mph Speed Limit) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily introduce a 30mph speed limit in that length of Fyfield Road, Ongar/Ongar Road, Fyfield in the District of Epping Forest, from the end of the existing 30mph speed limit to the start of the 60mph speed limit a distance of approximately 1746m in a northeasterly direction. The temporary speed limit is scheduled to commence on 7th March 2022 for 28 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP02231005867 - M. Anderson Construction Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The temporary speed limit is required for the safety of the public and workforce while remedial carriageway works are undertaken by M. Anderson Construction Ltd. The Order came into effect on 3rd March 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Spring Grove, Loughton) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Spring Grove, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Newnham Close to its junction with Summerfield Road a distance of approximately 75m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 7th March 2022 for 19 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MU047-AMP7-MR-SPRNG_GR2 - Thames Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Thames Water.
An alternative route is available via The Avenue, The Crescent, High Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 24th February 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Stag Lane, Buckhurst Hill) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Stag Lane, Buckhurst Hill in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Epping New Road for a distance of approximately 75m in an easterly direction and then again from its junction with High Road for a distance of approximately 120m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 7th March 2022 for 33 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MU04771985068 - Thames Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while mains replacement works are undertaken by Thames Water An alternative route is available via High Road, Church Road, Epping New Road (with access only to Park Side) and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 3rd March 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Various Roads, District of Epping Forest) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic, Temporary Introduction of a Clearway and a 30mph Speed Limit), (Sewardstone Road, Farm Hill Road & Honey Lane, Epping) (Temporary Suspension of 7.5 Tonne Weight Restriction) (No.2) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of road in the District of Epping Forest as specified in the schedule to this Order.
2. To temporarily introduce a 30mph speed limit on that length of road in the District of Epping Forest as specified in the schedule to this Order.
3. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above length of roads for the duration of the closures to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting,
No Loading and No Stopping restriction will be in force.
4. To temporarily suspend the 7.5 tonne weight restriction in those lengths of Sewardstone Road, Farm Hill Road and Honey Lane, Waltham Abbey as detailed in the 'Epping Forest District (Sewardstone Road, Farm Hill Road, Honey Lane and Broomstick Hall Road, Waltham Abbey) (7.5 Tonne Weight Restriction) Order 2002' only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
"The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force. The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 24th February 2022, exact dates will be specified on one.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.
