NOTICE OF MAKING OF AN ORDER
HIGHWAYS ACT 1980
THE VALE OF GLAMORGAN COUNCIL
(PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO 15
BONVILSTON) PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2021
The above Order, made on the 18th January, 2022, under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, will divert the public footpath running from a point to the east of Field Cottage, Bonvilston NGR 306311 173975 southwards crossing a field to terminate at NGR 306323 173825 to a line running from a point to the east of Field Cottage, Bonvilston NGR 306311 173975 southwards following the field boundary to terminate at NGR 306323 173825 as shown on the Order map.
A copy of the Order and the Order map have been placed and may be seen free of charge at The Civic Offices, Holton Road, Barry, CF63 4RU. Copies of the Order and map may be bought at the price of £4.50.
Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to the Head of Regeneration and Planning, The Docks Office, Subway Road, Barry, Vale of Glamorgan CF63 4RT not later than the 31st March, 2022. Please state the grounds on which they are made.
If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Vale of Glamorgan Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed order. If the Order is sent to the Welsh Ministers for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.

Mae copi o'r Gorchymyn a map y Gorchymyn wedi eu gosod a gellir mynd i'w gweld am ddim yn y Swyddfeydd Dinesig, Heol Holltwn, Y Barri, CF63 4RU. Gellir prynu coplau o'r Gorchymyn a map y Gorchymyn am £4.50.
Gellir anfon unrhyw sylwadau am y Gorchymyn neu wrthwynebiadau iddo yn ysgrifenedig at y Pennaeth Adfywio a Chynllunio, Swyddfa'r Dociau, Heol yr Isffordd, Y Barri, Bro Morgannwg, CF63 4RT erbyn 31 Mawrth 2022. Nodwch ar ba seiliau rydych yn eu gwneud.
Os na ddaw unrhyw sylwadau na gwrthwynebiadau i law, neu os cant eu tynnu'n 01, caiff Cyngor Bro Morgannwg gadarnhau'r Gorchymyn yn un nas gwrthwynebir. Os anfonir y Gorchymyn at Weinidogion Cymru i'w gadarnhau, caiff unrhyw sylwadau neu wrthwynebiadau na chawsant eu tynnu'n 61 eu hanfon gyda'r Gorchymyn.
