Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under section 84(1)(a) and (2) and Part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), S36 of Road Traffic Act 1988, S90A-F of the Highways Act 1980, and Schedule 1 of The Traffic Orders Procedures Regulations 1996.
Effect of the order: To Implement: A 20mph Zone on the following length of road, Manor Way, Riverside Grange Phase 2, North Fambridge, Maldon:
Road Description
Manor Way From its junction with The Avenue, for its entire length, including any turn points.

Trinity Road From its junction with Hurndall Avenue, for its entire lengths, including any turn points.
Lordship Way From its junction with Hurndall Avenue, for its entire length, including any turn points.
Blackwater Road From its junction with Hurndall Avenue, for its entire length, including any turn points.
Anchor Way From its junction with Blackwater Road, for its entire lengths, including any turn points.
Marina Way From its junction with Blackwater Road, for a distance of approximately 8.3 metres.

(North Drive, Mayland) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of North Drive, Mayland in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 160m north of its junction with Imperial Avenue for a distance of approximately 260m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 30th March 2022 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30008725898 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.
An alternative route is available via Esplanade, Marine Parade, Imperial Avenue and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 10th March 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Church Street, Goldhanger) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Church Street, Goldhanger in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Head Street to its junction with Maldon Road a distance of approximately 510m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 8th March 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2322443 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Fish Street, Head Street, Maldon Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 24th February 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Oak Farm Road, Woodham Walter) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Oak Farm Road, Woodham Walter in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 135m south east of its junction with Herbage Park Road for a distance ofapproximately 190m in a south easterly direction. Theclosure is scheduled to commence on 16th March 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC00816MAREAGSK563 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Openreach. An alternative route is available via Oak Farm Road, Herbage Park Road, Old London Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 24th February 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Stow Road, Cold Norton) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Stow Road, Cold Norton in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Hackmans Lane to its junction with Hagg Hill a distance of approximately 605m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 16th March 2022 for 1 day or where stated on a valid permit (EC30011861384 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by UK Power Networks. An alternative route is available via Woodham Road, Lower Burnham Road, Fambridge Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 24th February 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
