I, Yugashree Daftary, am applying for a New Premises Licence at Zingy Bites, 16 Alexandra Street, Southend-on-Sea, Essex, SS1 1BU. My application is made to Southend-on-Sea Borough Council, 8th Floor, Civic Centre, Victoria Avenue, Southend-on-Sea SS2 6ER. Applying for sale of Alcohol with food on the premises and delivery with food between the hours of 11:00 to 23:00 hours Monday to Sunday. Any person wishing to make representation in relation to this application may do so in writing by no later than 28/03/2022 to Licencing at Southend Borough Council. It is an offence, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for which you may be liable to a fine of up to £5000 on summary conviction.
