Notice is HERBY GIVEN that the Vale of Glamorgan Council Intends to enter Into an agreement to Lease each of the above mentioned properties for a period of 2 years and 5 months from 1st August 2027 to the Council's current Leisure Management contractor.
Plans identifying the land may be examined on the Council's website at

Copies of the Notices and Plans will also be available at each of the above mentioned facilities.

Explanatory Note: the proposed new leases will be an extension of the existing leases. The Council is proposing to extend its current contract with Parkwood Leisure Limited. There will be no change of use of the leisure centres, which will continue to be open to the public.
