Licensing Act 2003 Notice of Application to Wigan Council Variation of an existing Premises License Golborne Parkside Sports and Community Club Golborne Parkside Sports and Community Club, Rivington Ave, Golborne, WA3 3HG The variation is to include the outside areas (main car park / playing field). The outside areas only to be utilised Monday Sunday 11:00 to 21:00. The hours for all licensable activities, indoors, are to remain the same. The application may be inspected at the Licensing Section, Wigan Life Centre, College Avenue, Wigan, WN1 1NJ between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday inclusive. Any person or responsible authority may make representations about the application no later than 22nd March 2022 All representations must be made in writing by the above date. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
