Planning Application Reference Number: 21/02455/MFF Proposed development at: Beinn Reithe, Loch Long
The proposed development at the address noted above is subject to environmental impact assessment under the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) (Scotland) Regulations 2017.
Notice is hereby given that an EIA Report has been submitted to Argyll and Bute Council by Long Loch Salmon Limited relating to the planning application in respect of Semi-closed fish farm and associated development including terrestrial components and access track upgrades (cross boundary application for the positioning of 4 moorings within the Argyll and Bute Council planning authority area). Possible decisions relating to the application are: approval of the application without conditions; approval of the application with conditions; or refusal of the application.
A copy of the environmental report and the associated planning application(s) may be inspected electronically through Argyll and Bute Council website at
