The Council has the above proposal under consideration. The reason for this notice is that the proposal may affect the character and appearance of the Conservation Area within the meaning of Section 73 of the Town & Country Planning (Listed Buildings & Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Existing Bar position to be adapted with walls removed to improve backfitting & Kitchen area with new Kitchen In & Out doors. New glasswash area formed with partition stud wall & new single door. Existing Store room to back of house kitchen to be demolished & all areas made good to create larger open plan kitchen & potwash area.
