Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Buzz Holdings Limited in respect of Premises known as Buzz Bingo, 37 Skinnergate, Darlington, DL3 7NR applied to Darlington Borough Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is to extend the sale of alcohol on Friday and Saturday 1100 to 0100 the following morning; extend regulated entertainment on Friday and Saturday 1000 to 0100 the following morning and extend late night refreshment Friday and Saturday 2300 to 0100 the following morning; also opening hours to be extended on Friday and Saturday 1000 to 0130 the following morning.
