Mae'r Cyngor yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn Cyngor Sir Ceredigion (Stryd Morgan a Carrier's Lane Aberteifi) (Gwahardd Traffig Drwodd Dros Dro) 2022, heb fod yn llai na saith niwmod o 01/03/2022, a'i effarth fydd gwahardd pob cerbyd sy'n fwy na 7.5 tunnell (T) rtiag mynd ar hyd y briffordd honno. Cedwir mynediad i gerddwyr a cherbydau o dan 7.5T. Y Irywydd newydd i gerbydau nwyddau trwm (HGV), bysiau ac unrhyw gerbyd sy'n fwy na 7.5T o'i chyffordd a Stryd y Priordy; teithiwch ar hyd Stryd y Priordy, trowch i'r dde i Bendre, ar hyd Heol y Gogledd a Ffordd Aberystwyth hyd at y goleuadau traffig a'r gyffordd a'r A487. Trowch i'r dde wrth y goleuadau a therthiwch hyd at y gylchfan. Cymerwch yr ail droad oddi ar y gylchfan a pharhewch ar hyd yr A487 hyd at y gylchfan nesaf. Cymerwch y trydydd troad oddi ar y gyffordd i'r B4546. Parhewch ar hyd y B4546 dros bont Aberteifi i bwynt sydd i'r de o'r man He mae'r ffordd argau. Cyfanswm pellter o tua 2fillb'r. Bwriedir i'r Gorchymyn ddod i rym ar 14/03/2022 a bydd yn parhau mewn grym hyd nes y bydd gwaith lleddfu llifogydd Dwr Cymru wedi'i gwblhau; bydd hyn yn cymryd tua 3 wythnos. Gall y Gorchymyn barhau mewn grym am 18 mis.
Ceredigion County Council
The Council intends, not less than 7 days from 01/03/2022 to make the Ceredigion County Council (Morgan Street and Carrier's Lane, Cardigan) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2022 to prohibit any vehicle exceeding 7.5 tonnes CD proceeding along that highway. Vehicles under 7.5T and pedestrian access maintained. Alternative mute for heavy goods vehicles (HGV's), buses and any vehicles exceeding 7.5T from its junction with Priory Steet; travel along Priory Street, turn right into Pendre, along North Road and Aberystwyth Road to the traffic lights and junction with the A487. Turn right at the lights and travel to the roundabout. Take the 2nd exit from the roundabout and continue along the A487 to the next roundabout. Take the 3rd exit from the roundabout into the B4546. Continue along the B4546 across Cardigan Bridge to the point south of the closure. A total distance of approximately 2 miles. It is intended that the Order will come into force on 14/03/2022 and will remain in place until Welsh Water flood relief work has been completed; this will take approximately 3 weeks. The Order may continue in force for 18 months.
