Somerset County Council District of Sedgemoor Parish of Edington Temporary Closure of Broadmead Lane
Somerset County Council In exercise of Its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, have made an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Broadmead Lane - from 80 metres northwards from the junction with Chandlers Lane northwards for a total distance of 73 metres. This Order will enable Wessex Water to carry out Section 81 replacement works. The Order becomes effective on 1st March 2022 and will remain in force for eighteen months. The works are expected to commence on 9th March 2022 and last until 11th March 2022 between the hours of 07:00 -15:30 for a total of 3 days. Please visit
