Wolvercote Green, Restricted Works

WOLVERCOTE GREEN

Wolvercote Commoners' Committee has applied to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for consent under section 38 of the Commons Act 2006 to carry out restricted works on Wolvercote Green. The Planning Inspectorate will decide the application on behalf of the Secretary of State.

The proposed works are to permanently retain the existing fencing around the Green.

The works will be located around the perimeter of Wolvercote Green and will be retained and maintained as existing.

A copy of the application form and accompanying documents showing the proposed works can be inspected at St Peter's Rooms, First Turn, Wolvercote, Oxford, 0X2 8AH during its normal office hours (9.30 to 12.30 Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and Sunday mornings) until the eleventh day of April 2022.
