Premises Licence Michael Ford is applying for the Grant of a Premises Licence for 36 High Street, Uppermill, OL3 6HR. The Licence if granted is to enable the Following Activities to take Place: Sale of alcohol on the premises and Sale of alcohol off the premises. The Variation is to extend the current opening hours to 8am-11pm and extend the licenced hours for selling alcohol by 1.5 hours to 10am-10.30pm. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
