(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF CHEQUERS LANE, ABBOTS LANGLEY) ORDER 2022
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Chequers Lane, Abbots Langley from its junction with A405 North Orbital Road north westwards for a distance of approximately 100m ("the Road"), except for access.
An alternative route will be via A405 (North Orbital Road/St Albans Road), Horseshoe Lane, Woodside Lane and Chequers Lane.
The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 14 March 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road. (TEMPORARY CLOSING OF CHORLEYWOOD PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO.020)
ORDER 2022
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all pedestrians from using Chorleywood Public Footpath No.020 from its junction with Quickley Lane south westwards to its junction with Heronsgate Road, a distance of approximately 130m ("the Public Footpath"). An alternative route will be via the footway situated on the south side of Quickley Lane, the footway situated on the south side of Rendlesham Way, the footway situated on the north side of Stag Lane and the footway situated on the north side of Heronsgate Road. The Order is needed because highway drainage works are proposed to be executed on or near the Public Footpath. If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 14 March 2022 for a period of up to 6 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Public Footpath. (TEMPORARY CLOSING OF HARTHALL LANE, BULLS GREEN) ORDER 2022
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Harthall Lane, Bulls Green from a point in line with the western boundary of No.7 Harthall Lane north eastwards to a point in line with the eastern boundary of No.11 Harthall Lane, a distance of approximately 78 metres ("the Road"). An alternative route will be via Harthall Lane, Railway Terrace, Hyde Lane, Bedmond Road and Harthall Lane.
The Order is needed because the replacement of existing lighting columns is proposed to be executed near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 18 March 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the service road fronting Nos.16-32 Little Oxhey Lane, South Oxhey from its westernmost junction with B4542 Little Oxhey Lane southwards, eastwards and northwards for its entire length ("the Road"), except for access.
An alternative route will be via B4542 Little Oxhey Lane.
ADDITIONALLY all vehicles are prohibited from waiting at any time on both sides of this length of the Road whilst works are in progress.
The Order is needed because highway drainage works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Aycliffe Road, Borehamwood from its junction with Woolmer Close south eastwards to its junction with Gateshead Road, a distance of approximately 204m ("the Road"), except for access.
An alternative route will be via Aycliffe Road, Lemming Road and Gateshead Road.
ADDITIONALLY all vehicles are prohibited from waiting at any time on both sides of this length of the Road whilst works are in progress.
The Order is needed because the installation of a new mast and antennas is proposed to be executed near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 14 March 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads") and to prohibit all vehicles from waiting at any time on both sides of these lengths of Roads whilst works are in progress:-
1. that length of Buckingham Road, Watford from its junction with Parkgate Road north westwards and south westwards for its entire length.
An alternative route will be via Parkgate Road and Sandringham Road.
2. that length of Chilcott Road, Watford from its junction with Courtlands Drive south eastwards and south westwards to its junction with Gammons Lane, a distance of approximately 292 m.
An alternative route will be via Courtlands Drive and Gammons Lane.
3. that length of Cross Road, Watford from its junction with Haydon Road north eastwards and south westwards for its entire length.
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
4. that length of Hazel Tree Road, Watford from its junction with Leggatts Wood Avenue south westwards to its junction with Beechwood Rise, a distance of approximately 244 m.
An alternative route will be via Leggatts Wood Avenue, Cherry Tree Road and Beechwood Rise.
The Order is needed because highway drainage works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 15 March 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the length of Roads.

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be:-
1. To prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Bushey Mill Lane, Watford from a point 22m north west of its junction with Southfield Avenue north westwards for a distance of approximately 65m ("the Road"), except for access.
An alternative route will be via Bushey Mill Lane, Radlett Lane, Colonial Way, A4008 Stephenson Way, A41 (Otterspool Way/North Western Avenue Colne Way/North Western Avenue), A412 St Albans Road and Bushey Mill Lane.
2. To prohibit all pedestrians from using the following lengths of footway ("the Footways"):-
a) the footway situated on the north side of Bushey Mill Lane, Watford from a point 22m north west of its junction with Southfield Avenue north westwards for a distance of approximately 65m.
There is no alternative route available for pedestrians when the works are being carried out. However pedestrian access to properties along this footway will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
b) the footway situated on the south side of Bushey Mill Lane, Watford from a point 22m north west of its junction with Southfield Avenue north westwards for a distance of approximately 65m.

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads"):-
1. that length of Dog Kennel Lane, Chorleywood from its junction with Berry Lane north westwards to its junction with South Cottage Drive, a distance of approximately 105m.
An alternative route will be via Berry Lane, Common Gate Road, Chorleywood Bottom, Station Approach, Common Road, A404 Rickmansworth Road and Dog Kennel Lane or via Berry Lane, Valley Road, The Clump, A404 (Chorleywood Road/Rickmansworth Road) and Dog Kennel Lane.
2. that length of Berry Lane, Chorleywood from its junction with The Beeches north westwards and south westwards for a distance of approximately 103m. An alternative route will be via Berry Lane, Valley Road, The Clump, A404 (Chorleywood Road/Rickmansworth Road), Common Road, Station Approach, Chorleywood Bottom, Common Gate Road and Berry Lane.
The Order is needed because tree cutting works are proposed to be executed near the Roads.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 4 March 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Roads. NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Harrow Way, Carpenders Park from its junction with The Mead south eastwards to its junction with Little Oxhey Lane, a distance of approximately 891m ("the Road"), except for access. An alternative route will be via Delta Gain, St Georges Drive and Little Oxhey Lane.
ADDITIONALLY all vehicles are prohibited from waiting at any time on both sides of this length of the Road whilst works are in progress. The Order is needed because the reconstruction of a speed cushion is proposed to be executed on the Road.

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads") and to prohibit all vehicles from waiting at any time on both sides of these lengths of Roads whilst works are in progress:-
1. that length of Field Road, Watford from its junction with King Edward Road south westwards to its junction with Lower Paddock Road, a distance of approximately 117m.
An alternative route will be via King Edward Road, A411 Chalk Hill, Villiers Road and Lower Paddock Road.
2. that length of King Edward Road, Watford from its junction with A411 Chalk Hill south eastwards to its junction with Cross Road, a distance of approximately 259m.
An alternative route will be via A411 Chalk Hill, Haydon Road and Cross Road.
3. that length of King Georges Avenue, Watford from its westernmost junction with Whippendell Road northwards, north eastwards, south eastwards and south westwards for its entire length.
An alternative route will be via Whippendell Road, Cassiobridge Road, A412 Rickmansworth Road, Hagden Lane and Whippendell Lane.
4. that length of Sydney Road, Watford from its junction with Whippendell Road south westwards and south eastwards to its junction with Hagden Lane, a distance of approximately 455m.
An alternative route will be via Whippendell Road and Hagden Lane. The Order is needed because highway drainage works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 25 February 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Roads.
