Notice of Application to Vary a Premises Licence
NOTICE is hereby given that Horeca Catering Ltd has applied to BCP Council for the variation of a premises licence for the premises known as Deli Noix, 39 Church Road, Poole BH14 8UF
The application is to: approve an amended layout plan; change the opening time of the premises to 08:00 (09:00 on Sundays); extend the hours for the sale of alcohol on Wednesday to Saturdays to end at 22:30 and closing of the premises at 23:00; permit the sale of alcohol on Sundays from 09:00 to 19:00; permit the sale of alcohol other than wine and to amend conditions accordingly.
