PROPOSALS
Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council has made the above Orders on 22 February 2022. The Orders come into operation on 28 February 2022 as detailed in the Schedules below.

REPRESENTATIONS
If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any of the provisions contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, as amended, or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may within six weeks from 22 February 2022, apply to the High Court for this purpose.

1. The administrative modifications to the Order schedules as advertised and consulted on from 12 November 2021 to 3 December 2021 are to become effective.

1. The 20mph speed limit zone on Durdells Ave (incl. short section of side roads] and administrative modifications to the Order schedules as advertised and consulted on from 12 November 2021 to 3 December 2021 are to become effective.
