NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that We, Greene King Brewing & Retailing Limited have applied to Richmondshire District Council on 15th February 2022 for a variation to a premises licence to use the premises at: The Foxglove, Princes Gate, Catterick Garrison, North Yorkshire, DL9 3BA. To vary the licensing plan to increase and enhance the external seating area including a new pergola structure. For full and further details please view the licensing plans. Any part of the variation application that changes the plan/layout at the premises to be of no effect until the work has been completed. The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above.The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
