HYSBYSIR drwy hyn fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili, wrth weithredu ei bwerau o dan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 ("y Ddeddf') a'i holl bwerau galluogi eraill, ac ar 61 ymgynghori a Phrif Swyddog yr Heddlu, wedi gwneud Gorchymyn arbrofol yn un parhaol a fydd 5'r effaith a ganlyn:-

Gwahardd unrhy w gerbyd modur (ac eithrio deiliaid Trwydded Parth yr Ysgol ar gyfer Parth ZL a Deiliaid Bathodyn Person Anabl) rhag mynd i mewn i, neu fynd ar hyd, Libanus Road, Coed Duon, sy'n mynd heibio'r ysgol rhwng y cyffyrdd S'r B4251 a'r B4254, yn ystod tymor yr ysgol, o ddydd Llun i ddydd Gwener, 8.30-9.40am a 3.00-4.00pm. "

Daw'r Gorchymyn i rym ar 25ain Chwefror 2022 a gellir ei ddarllen ar wefan y Cyngor:

Os ydych yn dymuno cwestiynu dilysrwydd y Gorchymyn, neu unrhyw un neu ragor o'r darpariaethau ynddo, ar y sail nad yw o fewn y pwerau a roddir gan y Ddeddf, neu na chydymffurfir ag unrhyw un neu ragor o ofynion y Ddeddf neu offerynnau a wnaed o dan y Ddeddf, gallwch wneud hynny i'r Uchel Lys o fewn chwe wythnos i'r dyddiad isod.

Libanus Primary School Pedestrian and Cycle Zone - Caerphilly Traffic Order 2022

NOTICE is hereby given that Caerphilly County Borough Council in exercise of their powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the Act") and all other enabling powers and after consulting with the Chief Officer of Police have made permanent an experimental Order the effect of which is: -

Prohibit any motor vehicle (except School Zone Permit holders for Zone ZL and Disabled Persons Badge Holders) from entering or proceeding along the length of Libanus Road, Blackwood which passes the school between its junctions with the B4251 and B4254, during term-time, Monday to Friday, 8.30 - 9.40am and 3.00 - 4.00pm.

The Order shall come into operation 25th February 2022 and may be viewed on the Council's website

If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any of the provisions in it on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by it or that any requirement of the Act or any instrument made under the Act has not been complied with you may within six weeks of the date hereof apply to the High Court for this purpose.
