TENDER OPPORTUNITY IN HEXHAM HAZ
A building contractor is sought to undertake repair works to the external shell of a 1-1 a Battle Hill, a Grade II listed Building in Hexham, Northumberland. The works will be part funded by the Hexham High Streets Heritage Action Zone which includes funding from Historic England and Northumberland County Council. This opportunity seeks expressions of interest from builders who can demonstrate experience in working on listed buildings and can provide the specialist skill range necessary. The client for these works will be the building owner. The selection of the successful builder will be based on both price and quality.
