Licensing Act 2003: Application for a New Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that Maud Heath Wine Trading Ltd has applied to the Wiltshire Council on 4th December 2013 for a new premises licence for Maud Heath Vineyard, Wickbridge Farm, Wick Hill, Calne SN11 9LQ

The proposed application is to permit to permit the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises between the hours of 08.00 - 22.00 daily.


Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 3rd January2014 (28 days the day after the application is received by the licensing department) stating the grounds for making said representation to: The Licensing Officer, Wiltshire Council, Monkton Park, Chippenham, Wiltshire SN15 1ER

The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting at www.wiltshire.gov.uk/Licensing and following the link to the public register.

The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is £5000.
