NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, have, under its relevant powers, made the following Order: C1127, College Road, Hereford, Temporary Road Closure Order, to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the C1127, College Road, Hereford, June of Burcott Road. Grid Ref: 351140/240844. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via Newtown Road onto Farriers Way onto Burcott Road and vice versa. The said closure is required due to vehicle restraint system works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said order will come into force on 28th February 2022 but works are set to commence on the 14th March 2022 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 6 days.
