(Algers Road, Loughton) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Algers Road, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with The Avenue to its junction with Algers Close a distance of approximately 184m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 23rd March 2022 for 7 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC112KN-FALLOUGHTN-1 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while blockage clearance & track works are undertaken by Openreach. An alternative route is available via Lower Park Road, High Road (with access only to Algers Road) and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 3rd March 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
(Birds Green, Willingale) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Birds Green, Willingale in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 340m northeast then southeast of its junction with Dunmow Road for a distance of approximately 200m in a northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 5th April 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (KA005/539671/02 -Gigaclear Limited). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while superfast broadband repair works are undertaken by Gigaclear Limited. An alternative route is available via Birds Green, Millers Green Road, School Lane, Dunmow Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 3rd March 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Fyfield Road, Ongar/Ongar Road, Fyfield) (Temporary Introduction of a 30 MPH Speed Limit) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily introduce a 30mph speed limit in that length of Fyfield Road, Ongar/Ongar Road, Fyfield in the District of Epping Forest, from the end of the existing 30mph speed limit to the start of the 60mph speed limit a distance of approximately 1746m in a northeasterly direction. The temporary speed limit is scheduled to commence on 7th March 2022 for 28 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP02231005867 - M. Anderson Construction Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The temporary speed limit is required for the safety of the public and workforce while remedial carriagway works are undertaken by M. Anderson Construction Ltd. The Order will come into effect on 3rd March 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
(Old Road, Harlow) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Old Road, Harlow in the District of Harlow, from its junction with Cambridge Road for a distance of approximately 80m in a southeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on (14th March - 18th March 2022 (5 days) and again on the (21st March - 25th March 2022 (5 days), or where stated on a valid permit (MX04410153445RC - Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while meter installation works are undertaken by Affinity Water An alternative route is available via Old Road, Priory Avenue, Station Road, Cambridge Road, Station Approach or Old Road, Priory Avenue, Harts Road, Cambridge Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 3rd March 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
(Stag Lane, Buckhurst Hill) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Stag Lane, Buckhurst Hill in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Epping New Road for a distance of approximately 75m in an easterly direction and then again from its junction with High Road for a distance of approximately 120m in a westerly direction.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 7th March 2022 for 33 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MU04771985068 - Thames Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while mains replacement works are undertaken by Thames Water.
An alternative route is available via High Road, Church Road, Epping New Road (with access only to Park Side) and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 3rd March 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
(Theydon Grove, Epping) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Theydon Grove, Epping in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Stonards Hill to its other junction with Stonards Hill a distance of approximately 35m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 21st March 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC112KN-EPPINGV8133-FAL1 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while toby box installation and ducting works are undertaken by Openreach. No Diversion route available.

(Englands Lane & Clays Lane, Loughton) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Englands Lane, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 225m south the southwest of its junction with Debden Lane for a distance of approximately 270m in a southwesterly direction.
2. To temporarily close that length of Clays Lane, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from both of its junctions with Englands Lane for a distance of approximately 75m in a southwesterly and northwesterly direction.
The closures are scheduled to commence on 14th March 2022 for 33 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ5021001115732 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closures are required for the safety of the public and workforce while mains replacement works are undertaken by Cadent. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hobbs Cross Road, Matching in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 290m northwest of its junction with New Way Lane for a distance of approximately 60m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 8th March 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008WCQL094G01 -Openreach). (King Street, High Ongar) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of King Street, High Ongar in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 255m northwest of both its junctions with Rookery Road for a distance of approximately 475m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th March 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC00809MARWC6H4G7K -Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead repair works are undertaken by Openreach. (Norwood End, Fyfield) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Norwood End, Fyfield in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 1075m west then northwest of its junction with Dunmow Road for a distance of approximately 140m in a northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th March 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008WC8HN83F - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead works are undertaken by Openreach. No diversion route available.

(Various Roads, District of Epping Forest) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic, Temporary Introduction of a Clearway and a 30mph Speed Limit), (Sewardstone Road/Crooked Mile, Epping) (Temporary Suspension of 7.5 Tonne Weight Restriction) (No.1) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close those lengths of road in the District of Epping Forest as specified in the schedule to this Order.
2. To temporarily introduce a 30mph speed limit on those lengths of road in the District of Epping Forest as specified in the schedule to this Order
3. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above length of roads for the duration of the closures to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping restriction will be in force.
4. To temporarily suspend the 7.5 tonne weight limit in that length of Sewardstone Road/Crooked Mile, Waltham Abbey from the junction with Sewardstone Roundabout to the junction with Crooked Mile Roundabout as detailed in the 'Epping Forest District (Sewardstone Road, Farm Hill Road, Honey Lane and Broomstick Hall Road, Waltham Abbey) (7.5 Tonne Weight Restriction) Order 2002' only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
"The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force. The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 17th February 2022, exact dates will be specified on one.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.
