(Central Avenue, Hadleigh) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Central Avenue, Hadleigh in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with Southfield Drive for a distance of approximately 50m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 15th March 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2321853 -Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Southfield Drive, Sherwood Crescent, Poors Lane, Daws Heath Road, Central Avenue and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 3rd March 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Dovervelt Road, Canvey Island) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Dovervelt Road, Canvey Island in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with Mitchells Avenue Roundabout to its junction Hindles Road a distance of approximately 65m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 14th March 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2307983 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via: Mitchells Avenue, High Street, Foksville Road, Furtherwick Road, Knightswick Road, Central Wall Road, Climmen Road, Dovervelt Road, OR Mitchells Avenue, High Street, Elder Tree Road, Central Wall Road, Climmen Road, Dovervelt Road.
The Order will come into effect on 3rd March 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(High Road, South Benfleet) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of High Road, South Benfleet in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with Queens Road to its junction with Hope Road a distance of approximately 25m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 15th March 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2325451 -Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via High Road, Essex Way Benfleet Road, London Road, Kiln Road, Bread and Cheese Hill and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 3rd March 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Meynell Avenue, Canvey Island) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Meynell Avenue, Canvey Island in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with Furtherwick Road for a distance of approximately 30m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 14th March 2022 for 18 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ5021001122096 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/ or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while gas main replacement works are undertaken by Cadent.
An alternative route is available via Labworth Road, Grafton Road, Furtherwick Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 3rd March 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Robert Way, Shotgate) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Robert Way, Shotgate in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with Heron Avenue for a distance of approximately 55m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 7th March 2022 for 19 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ5021001106375 -Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while mains replacement works are undertaken by Cadent. An alternative route is available via Russell Gardens, Robert Way and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 17th February 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Stambridge Road, Stambridge) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Stambridge Road, Stambridge in the District of Rochford, from a point approximately 35m south west of its junction Ash Tree Court for a distance of approximately 100m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 28th February 2022 for 26 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH10003316 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while lining scheme works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Stambridge Road, Weir Pond Road, East Street, South Street, Bradley Way, West Street, Ashingdon Road, Rectory Road, Brays Lane, Apton Hall Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 17th February 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(St Michaels Road, Benfleet) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of a Clearway) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of St Michaels Road, Benfleet in the Borough of Castle Point, from both of its junctions with Bramble Road to its junction with Arterial Road a distance of approximately 710m.

2. To temporarily introduce a 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' in that length of St Michaels Road, Benfleet in the Borough of Castle Point, from both of its junctions with Bramble Road to its junction with Arterial Road a distance of approximately 710m.
"The Essex County Council (Castle Point Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above length of road only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force. The restrictions are scheduled to commence on 28th February 2022 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2317303 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The restrictions are required for the safety of the public and workforce while road surfacing works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Arterial Road, Rayleigh, Rayleigh Road, Daws Heath Road, Bramble Road. The Order came into effect on 17th February 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
