NOTICE OF MAKING HEREFORDSHIRE COUNCIL (WHITTERN WAY, PIGGOT CLOSE, EASTNOR DRIVE, ARAMSTONE RISE, GARNSTONE RISE
HEREFORD) (CONTROLLED PARKING ZONE & RESIDENTS PERMIT PARKING ZONE 17) ORDER 2022
Notice is hereby given that the County of Herefordshire District Council, known as Herefordshire Council, in exercise of its powers under Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 32, 35, 37, 45, 46, 47, 49, 51 and, 53 of Part I and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, has made the above-named Order, the general effect of which will be:
To introduce a Controlled Parking Zone including Residents Permit Parking in Whittern Way and the streets listed in the heading in Hereford comprising the following restrictions:
1. No Waiting at Any Time (Double Yellow Line) Restrictions

2. Limited Waiting (Marked Bay) Restriction Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00 30 minutes no return within 1 hour)

3. Resident Permit Holder Parking Bays (Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00)

4. No Waiting During Restricted Hours (Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00)

5. No Stopping Except for Buses (Monday to Saturday 07:00-19:00)

6. No Stopping at Any Time Except for Buses

Current charges associated with the purchase of residents parking permits are First Parking Permit E30 per year, Second Parking Permit E30 per year, Third Parking Permit £75 per year, Replacement of Permit/Change of Vehicle Reg No £10.
This Order shall come into operation on 18th March 2022.

They are also available for inspection during normal office hours at the Hereford Customer Service Centre, Blue School House, Blue School Street, Hereford, HR1 2LX. Photocopies of the same may be provided on payment of photocopying charges at the Council.

If any person wishes to question the validity of the Order or of any of its provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under the Act has not been complied with that person may, within six weeks from the date the Order was made, apply for the purpose to the High Court. Any representations received by the Council may be imparted to third parties. We will keep your data for up to 7 years. Your information may be shared with other Balfour Beatty teams within Herefordshire and Herefordshire Council in order to provide you with the service. Individuals have a number of rights under data protection law, including the right to request their information. You also have a right to make a complaint about our handling of your personal data to the Information Commissioner's Office
