Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: A) C325 (Part), Burcombe Without; from its junction with A30 for approximately 150m in an easterly direction to enable BT to carry out pole test and associated works. Alternative route via A30 - C63 - C325 (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 21 March 2022 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30 for 1 day. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: D) Southampton Road (Part), Clarendon Park; from its junction with A36 to its junction with Marshmead Close to enable Wessex Water to carry out water main improvement and associated works. Alternative route via Southampton Road (unaffected length) - A36 and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 28 February 2022 and the closure will be required until 11 March 2022. E) Ivy Street, Salisbury; from its junction with St Johns Street to its junction with Brown Street to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out carriageway resurfacing and associated works. This Order will come into operation on 01 March 2022 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:00 and 16:00 until 04 March 2022. F) A345 The Centre (Part), Amesbury; from its junction with Kitchener Road to its junction with Smithfield Street to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out existing Puffin Crossing refurbishment, upgrade to Toucan Crossing and associated maintenance works. Alternative route via A345 (unaffected length), Stockport Avenue, Porton Road, London Road and vice versa. HGV Alternative Route: via A345 (unaffected length), Stockport Avenue, Porton Road, London Road, A303 and vice versa. This Order which previously came into operation on 31 January 2022 will now recommence on 28 February 2022 and the closure will be required between the hours of 07:30 and 17:30 until 08 April 2022. The closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works.
