OXFORDSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (STONESFIELD) (20 MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2022

NOTICE is given that on 21 February 2022 Oxfordshire County Council made the above order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The order, which comes into force on 28 February introduced a 20mph speed limit throughout Stonesfield village replacing the existing 30mph speed limit in its entirety. Also, priority is given to vehicles travelling northwards through the village on Laughton Hill/The Ridings at the junction with Boot Street. Signage shows that vehicles travelling south will have to Give Way to oncoming vehicles. The Oxfordshire County Council (Stonesfield) (30 Miles per Hour Speed Limit) Order 2012 is revoked/replaced.
