PUBLIC NOTICE - Halstead Town Council Car Parking Charges 2022
SCHEDULE
Halstead Town Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 32,35 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 and all other enabling legislation. When this order comes into effect, the Halstead Town Council (Off-Street Parking Places) Order 2020 will be revoked The effect of the proposed order is to:
- Revoke Halstead Town Council (Off-Street Parking Places) Order 2020
- To Introduce the Halstead Town Council (Off-Street Parking Places) Order 2022
- To generally update the Order
- The Schedule shows the places, waiting positions, classes of vehicle, days and hours of operation, maximum waiting periods, scales of charges and the charging periods
- This Order will be effective from 1st April 2022 and will operate on all days and at all hours. Disabled drivers pay where charges are made.
