NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT I give notice that Mr Philip Coplestone is applying to Wiltshire Council for planning permission (Application reference number PL/2022/00193) for the extraction and processing of mineral and restoration using imported inert materials to agriculture with biodiversity enhancement and that the application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement.
