(GIRDLESTONE ROAD) (CONTROLLED PARKING ZONE AND WAITING RESTRICTIONS) (VARIATION NO.13) ORDER 2022

NOTICE is given that on 21 February 2022 Oxfordshire County Council made the above order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The Order, which comes into force on 28 February further amends the Oxfordshire County Council (Girdlestone Road) (Controlled Parking Zone and Waiting Restrictions) Order 2006, with the following effect: Warren Crescent - due to adjacent development opposite No.18, reducing 28 metres of Permit Holders Parking Places (9am to 5pm Monday to Friday) on the southeast bend of the outer perimeter, and replacing with 'No Waiting at Any Time' (double yellow lines). If you wish to question the validity of this Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of this Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to this Order, you may within six weeks from the 21 February 2022 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
