Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant Public Consultation on Proposed Housing Project at the site of the Former Shawbridge Arcade, Pollokshaws, Glasgow. Prior to submitting and application for planning permission, Wheatley Group are inviting residents within the Pollokshaws area to view and discuss with Wheatley Group's development team, the proposals for a new build housing project planned for the site of the Former Shawbridge Arcade, Pollokshaws, Glasgow. We shall be hosting a public consultation event on Thursday 3rd March 2022 between 3-7pm at: The Church of St Mary Immaculate 150 Shawhill Road Pollokshaws, Glasgow, G43 1SY The proposals shall also be able to be viewed online from the 3rd March at: https://coltartearley.wixsite.com/shawbridge-arcade Persons wishing to make comments on the proposals can do so at the consultation event, the comments section of the website where they can fill out a questionnaire, or further comments can be sent via post to: Colm Donnelly, Coltart Earley Architecture, 559 Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow no later than 16th March 2022.
