NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
All residents of Saltoun Parish (aged 18 and over) are invited to attend a Special General Meeting, to be held at Fletcher Hall, East Saltoun, at 7.30pm on Tuesday 15 March 2022. The sole purpose of this meeting will be to seek approval of the following Resolution: Saltoun Community Association (charity no. SC012159) resolves to proceed to dissolve the existing charity and to transfer its property and other assets to the new charity, Saltoun Community Association SCIO (charity no. SC051262).
