The following applications have been received by the Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts:
A/21/92749/FULL 159 - 161 Elliott Street Tyldesley M29 8FL Installation of new shop front following subdivision to create two commercial units and change of use of first floor to create two apartments, new window opening at first floor to front, new entrance to rear together with storage building and associated fencing to rear.
The Council has received the following planning application which is located within a Conservation Area. Conservation Area: Tyldesley Town Centre A/21/92922/FULL Skenning Bobs 166 Elliott Street Tyldesley Manchester. Replacement of existing UPVC windows with timber sash and casement windows. Replacement of render with tiling to Elliott St ground floor elevation A planning application has been made to Wigan Council for the above proposal, which the Council considers would affect the character or appearance of the Conservation Area.
