LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34

Notice is hereby given that on the 16th February 2022 Picturehouse Cinemas Ltd applied to Cheshire West and Chester Council for a variation of the Premises Licence in respect of premises Chester Picturehouse (formerly Picturehouse Chester), Northgate Street, Chester CH1 2BY. The proposed variation is:- 1. To amend the maximum capacity of the auditoria condition for 716 to 800. 2. To delete condition 17 to allow the use of glassware in the auditoria. 3. To amend a condition. Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by:- The Licensing Team, Cheshire West and Chester Council, 4 Civic Way, Ellesmere Port CH65 0BE Licensing@ cheshirewestandchester.gov.uk no later than 16th March 2022 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Cheshire West and Chester Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the above Council address. The application can be viewed Monday to Friday 9am to 4.00pm, except bank holidays. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
