PUBLIC NOTICE - TOWYN AND KINMEL BAY TOWN COUNCIL On 17th January 2022, the Town Council considered the Auditor General's recommendations issued under Section 25 of the Public Audit (Wales) Act 2004. The Town Council accepted the Auditor General's recommendations. As of 18th February 2022, responsibility for the Burial Board's functions will be transferred to Conwy County Borough Council. This process will be completed in March 2022. Any member of the public may inspect the Auditor General for Wales' report and written recommendations and make a copy of it or any part of it, between Monday to Friday between 9am and 15:30pm at Towyn and Kinmel Bay Town Council, Community Resource Centre, Off Foryd Road, Kinmel Bay, Conwy LL18 5BT. The report is also available to be downloaded from the Council's website at towynkinmelbay-tc.gov.uk.
