The Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 The Town & Country Planning Act 1990 The Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012 We have received the following applications under the Planning Acts mentioned above.
LB -Application No. 01/2022/0048 -15-19 High Street, Denbigh - Repainting of shopfront and installation of new signage (Listed Building application).
LB -Application No. 13/2022/0121 - The Barn, Plas yn Llan, Efenechtyd, Ruthin - Installation of Juliet balcony to west gable and alterations to glazed openings (2 No.) to front elevation (Listed Building application).
