Hysbysir trwy hyn, yn unol ag Adran 37 Deddf Adnoddau Dwr 1991 a Rheoliad 6 Rheoliadau Adnoddau Dwr (Tynnu a Chronni Dwr) 2006 i gais gael ei wneud i Cyfoeth Naturiol Cymru gan Dolawen Cyf am drwydded lawn i dynnu dwr o swmp yn Chwarel Cilyrychen, Llandybie, Sir Gaerfyrddin rhwng Cyfeirnodau Grid Cenedlaethol SN 6109916441, SN 61233 16378, SN 6143916568 a SN 6146016510. Y cynnig yw tynnu dwr yn 61 y cyfraddau a'r cyfnodau canlynol ar gyfer gwaredu dwr a gyfer atal llwch: 735 metr ciwbig yr awr, 17,640 metr ciwbig y dydd a 6,437,600 metr ciwbig y flwyddyn, drwy'r flwyddyn.

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006 that an application has been made to Natural Resources Wales by Dolawen Cyf for a full licence to abstract water from the sump at Cilyrychen quarry, Llandybie, Carmarthenshire, between National Grid References SN 61099 16441, SN 61233 16378, SN 61439 16568 and SN 61460 16510. The proposal is to abstract water at the following rates and periods for the purposes of dewatering and dust suppression: 735 cubic metres an hour, 17,640 cubic metres a day and 6,437,600 cubic metres a year, all year.
