Premises Licence Application

LICENSING ACT 2003 I Timothy Stevens give notice that I have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the variation of a Premises Licence in respect of The Marazion Hotel/Cutty Sark, The Square, Marazion, Penzance, TR17 0AP The application is to : 1. Increase areas in the Bar and Restaurant and include areas outside for sale of alcohol 2. Allow Sale of Alcohol and Late Night Refreshment 24/7 to our guests and their bona fide guests inside. 3. Remove all obsolete Embedded Conditions in Annex 2 on the Premises Licence and replace with the Conditions shown under the Licensing Objectives. 5. Standardise all Alcohol Sale timings and Opening Times to correspond for the week.
