LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
I Ali Bulut hereby make application for a Premises Licence in respect of BRITANIA FISH BAR LTD, 69 HIGH STREET, WICKFORD, SS12 9AQ. The proposed licensable activity is: Sale of alcohol on and off the premises, Monday to Thursday and Saturday 12 to 21.00, Friday 12 to 21.30 and Sunday 12 to 20.30. Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Basildon Borough Council). All such representations shall be made in writing within 28 days from the date below. Representations should be sent to:- The Licensing Authority, Basildon Borough Council, The Basildon Centre, St Martin's Square, Basildon, Essex, SS14 1DL. A record of the application and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority may be inspected at the Council's office address given above, by appointment, between 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays). It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application; and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction, is level 5 of the standard scale, (currently £5,000.00).
