Notice of Application for Hazardous Substance Consent

Notice is hereby given that Burt Boulton & Haywood is applying to Newport City Council for Hazardous Substance Consent for UPTO 670 tonnes of Creosote (in liquid form) to be stored and used in an industrial process on a site at Alexandra Docks, East Dock Road, Newport, NP20 2WA.

Newport City Council is the Hazardous Substances Authority and will decide whether or not to grant consent, and if to grant, will decide on what conditions to grant.
