BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL
The Council has made Buckinghamshire Council (Copperkins Grove, Chesham Bois in the Parish of Chesham Bois CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2022 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Copperkins Grove for approximately 65m. No diversion required. The closure is required whilst Openreach pole replacement works take place commencing on 25 February 2022. The proposed Order will come into operation on 25 February 2022, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The Council has made Buckinghamshire Council (High Street, Marlow in the Parish of Marlow CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2022 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in High Street for approximately 168m. Alternative route: High Street, Market Square, Spittal Street, Chapel Street, Little Marlow Road, Marlow Road, A404 Southbound On Slip From A4155, A404 J A4155 Join S, A404 From A4155 To The River Bridge, A404 Through J A4155 S, A404 From J A4155 To J A308 Including Roundabout S, A404 From A4 To Marlow Boundary, A404 A308, Temple Lane, Bisham Road and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Marlow Bridge refurbishment works take place commencing on 20 February 2022. The bridge will NOT be closed for the full duration. When works are required 2 weeks notice will be given and advance warning signage will be displayed. The proposed Order will come into operation on 20 February 2022, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The Council has made Buckinghamshire Council (Market Square in the Parish of Chesham CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2022 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Market Square for approximately 140m. The closure is required whilst Market Square currently only allows access for businesses - this TTRO would restrict business access to Market Square and therefore fully 'pedestrianise' it. This would free up more space for businesses to use - many will need to do so in line with instruction/guidance from the government re. Covid-19. A fully 'pedestrianised' Market Square would allow businesses to expand seating areas outdoors. Management of the closure/restriction would fall to Chesham Town Council. This will include an exemption for events agreed by Chesham Town Council take place commencing on 21 February 2022. The proposed Order will come into operation on 21 February 2022, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The Council has made Buckinghamshire Council (High Street, Iver in the Parish of Iver CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2022 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in High Street for approximately 31m. The closure is required whilst Cadent Gas works take place commencing on 20 February 2022 between 08:00 and 18:00. Road will be closed 20th and 27th Only. road open at all other times. The proposed Order will come into operation on 20 February 2022, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

Alternative route: Heath End Road, Swains Lane, Treadaway Hill, Station Road, London Road, Abbey Way, Marlow Hill, Daws Hill Lane and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Thames Water 3 new water connections take place commencing on 19 February 2022. Road will only be closed from 19-20 Feb and 26 Feb only. Road open at all other times. The proposed Order will come into operation on 19 February 2022, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

No diversion required. The closure is required whilst Openreach pole replacement works take place commencing on 22 February 2022 between 08:00 and 18:00. The proposed Order will come into operation on 22 February 2022, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The closure is required whilst Thames Water new by-pass install with 5 new hydrants, 4 valves and 1 strainer works take place commencing on 21 February 2022. Road will remain closed for the duration of the works. The proposed Order will come into operation on 21 February 2022, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

Alternative route: Hog Lane, Wiggington Road, Cholesbury Lane, Vale Road, Nashleigh Hill, Ashley Green Road, Chesham Road and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Drainage improvement works take place commencing on 28 February 2022. Road will remain closed for the duration of the works. The proposed Order will come into operation on 28 February 2022, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

Alternative route: Owlswick, Stockwell Lane, Lower Icknield Way, Owlswick Lane, Thame Road and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Openreach ducting works in the carriageway and verge, with 7 jointing chambers to be installed take place commencing on 28 February 2022. Road will remain closed for the duration of the works. The proposed Order will come into operation on 28 February 2022, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
