Take notice that LEIGH LOCAL CONVENIENCE STORE LIMITED has applied to Hyndburn Borough Council under the Licensing Act 2003 for a Premises Licence/Club in respect of premises known as 19 High Street, Rishton, BLACKBURN BB1 4JZ. Details of the application are as follows:- Off Sale of Alcohol 08:00 to 23:00hrs DAILY. The place where the record of the application may be inspected and where the register of the Licensing Authority is kept is the Licensing Department, Hyndburn Borough Council, Scaitcliffe House, Ormerod Street, Accrington Lancashire. BB5 0PF. Both may be inspected between 9 am and 4pm Monday to Friday. An interested party or responsible authority may make a representation in writing to the Licensing Manager of Hyndburn Borough Council at the above address by 14th March 2022. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 on the Standard Scale, currently £5,000.
